TheEnglishWoodworker.com and the Member’s Site TheEnglishWoodworkerJournal.com are owned and operated by the Partnership ‘Richard Maguire & Helen Fisher t/a The English Woodworker’.

The following terms form the User Agreement for our websites.

Responsible Use and Conduct

By visiting our website(s) and accessing the information, resources and products we provide, you agree to use these only for the purposes intended and by the terms set out here and by applicable regulations and generally accepted online practices or guidelines.

– ‘The Blog’ is provided as a public information and requires no registration to be used.
The content represents the opinions and experiences of the owners. The resources and advice are to be used at your own discretion and risk.

– You can subscribe to receive email notifications for new content published on ‘The Blog’. Your privacy is very important to us and we have a separate Privacy Policy to state how information you provide may be treated.

TheEnglishWoodworkerJournal.com – ‘The Member’s Site’

By making a purchase of one of our ‘Video Series’ you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age, or have the prior consent of a parent or guardian.

Membership:

‘The Member’s Site’ provides access to content and/or areas of the website granted by their respected membership levels. Membership becomes active on the purchase of any individual ‘Video Series’, and active members are allowed unlimited access to content and/or areas of the website associated with their respective series.
Content associated with ‘Video Series’ not purchased by a Member will be inaccessible to that Member.
Additional ‘Video Series’ can be purchased at any time to grant access to further content.

Transactions:

Each ‘Video Series’ is purchased through a one time payment. Access will be unlimited. Each ‘Video Series’ requires a separate transaction at the advertised price.
There are no recurring payments and no payment information will be held on record.

Limitation of Warranties
By using our website, you understand and agree that all Resources we provide are “as is” and “as available”.
We use servers rated for the capacity required with an uptime suggested at 99.99%. However whilst all efforts are made we can not guarantee an uninterrupted service or that our products are free from errors.

By using our website(s) you acknowledge:
– any content downloaded or otherwise obtained is done at your own discretion and risk, and that you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer or other devices for any loss of data that may result from the download of such content.
– no information or advice, whether expressed, implied, oral or written, shall create any warranty, guarantee, or conditions of any kind, except for those expressly outlined in this User Agreement.

If you feel in any way dissatisfied with our services we do encourage that you to get in touch as we aim to resolve any such matters. This shall be done at our own discretion.

Any inappropriate use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of any content on this site is strictly prohibited, unless specifically stated as being authorised.

Each ‘Member’ may watch the ‘Video Series’ purchased for their own personal use and may download the content to make one copy, again for their own personal use. Making further copies, distributing or displaying the ‘Video Series’ is strictly prohibited. Furthermore making alteration to the content is strictly prohibited.

Each ‘Video Series’ is the sole and original work of Richard Maguire and Helen Fisher. Any third party works including but not limited to the music used is licensed for such use and we can not permit you to alter or separate this from the works as presented.

Termination of Use
You agree that we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our website and content with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this User Agreement. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the content we provide will immediately cease, and we reserve the right to remove or delete any information that you may have on file with us, including any account or login information.
